Cross Stitch Fan Art- Erika by missy-tannenbaum Cross Stitch Fan Art- Erika by missy-tannenbaum
This is another Pokemon trainer sprite project, of Erika, using the sprite from Gold/Silver as the basis. I changed some of the colors, though, especially on the kimono, since I didn't like the idea of using peach for the stripe on her sleeve, and butter yellow is a much more convienent clothing color than white when using white fabric. o^^.o

Yeah, but when you look at it closely, you can totally tell it's that girl from silver. It looks great!

Oh, that would be cool! Lego sprites always look really nifty, but usually, people seem to use smaller sprites than this for them.

Oh, cool! Is it in color, like Beauty is, or more like the R/B sprites?

Thank you! I've been trying to find an interesting thing to sew her to, but am a little stuck on things that patches can be sewn to at the moment. ^^

Yeah, the cross stitch is really cool. I would put it on a laptop bag or even just a jacket :3

Oh wow, that's awesome! It's nice to see cross-stitching! This is really cute- you did such a neat and clean job on it. The colour choice was a great idea, too! Very original idea! Great job~

Thank you very much, and I'm glad you like it! It's not very big in person, but that made the stitches scan more clearly, I guess. o^^.o;

Good work, I like it. You have her in a traditional Japanese pose there... I remember her looking like that from Silver.

Yes, G/S is where I got the sprite from, but the color scheme in that was a bit wonky and limited to just sit there and make it, so I added some more colors. For some reason, having the skin tone and the contrast on her kimono be the same thread color really bugged me. It was just personal preference, but I think changing some of the peach and white to yellow made it more interesting to work on.
