X-Stitch Fanart- PKMN Swimmer by missy-tannenbaum X-Stitch Fanart- PKMN Swimmer by missy-tannenbaum
Earlier in the week, the weather was really nice, so I wanted to make a summery pattern. It's chilly and gray now, 3 days later, but I now have a cross stitch of one of the swimmers from the Pokemon games. I used the sprite of Swimmer F from Pokemon Diamond/Pearl for this, but the colors are a little off from the sprite, so that it would show up nicely on the beige Aida cloth. She was fun to make, and went fairly quickly, too! I hope that you guys like her.

Ah, I hadn't thought that PKMN could sound like Pac-Man, sorry about that!

No it's just the letters PacMan= PKMN (sort of in how it sounds)
It could also be Pikmin!
Great stich!!!

Thank you! I'm glad you liked the swimsuit- I really like the brightest color of blue thread I used in it, so I shove it on a lot of projects.

I never did see Diamond/Pearl, but it still looks good, nice stitch work as usual!

Thanks! There are a lot of nice sprites in the game, so I might make more. I've been looking at the Fire Red/Leaf Green ones, too, though.

Thank you! Sometimes, I just go to Paint Shop and overlay a grid, with the image blown up so that each pixel fills a square, then take a screen shot and print the image with the grid on it. I don't know what other programs do it so easily, though. My knowledge of computer programs is usually only applicable to ones I have. :S

Thank you! :D A lot of the trainer sprites are neat looking, so I think I'm going to make more of them. I'm almost out of Dawns to make...
